ASIT Industries Quality Management System

ASIT Industries operates under a fully implemented AS9100D Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 — the aerospace industry's highest quality standard. This certification governs every process we perform, from order entry through final inspection and shipment, and is accredited through ANAB (ANSI National Accreditation Board). Our QMS is managed through ProShop ERP, giving us full digital traceability and documentation across every job.

Our quality system isn't a paperwork exercise — it's the operating framework our team works within on every job, every shift. AS9100D certification means your parts come with documented processes, verified materials, calibrated inspection equipment, trained personnel, and a Certificate of Conformance backing every claim we make.

Inspection & CMM Capability

ASIT Industries maintains a full suite of inspection equipment to verify dimensional compliance on all parts we produce. Our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) provides accurate, repeatable measurement of complex 3D features and generates inspection reports suitable for customer and regulatory review.

All inspection equipment is maintained on a calibration schedule and is traceable to NIST standards. Calibration records are maintained as part of our AS9100D quality system.
